2. Enquiry and Quotation Process

Submitting an item to the basket and completing an enquiry form does not constitute a final sale. A **binding contract** is only formed once a formal quote has been accepted in writing.

3. Custom Design Responsibility

When submitting custom designs, you warrant that you have the necessary **rights** to use and authorize Gala Flags to reproduce the intellectual property.

4. Limitation of Liability

Gala Flags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
